Would you work for free for the *opportunity* to shadow a pro?
I heard the opportunity of a lifetime last week!
An influential and wealthy real estate investor on Twitter is offering young professionals the privilege of following them around, picking up their coffee, and likely doing their grunt work in exchange for witnessing real estate deals in the making.
In fact, if you had a cool $100k sitting in the bank, this fella recommends that you forgo the “wasteful” costs of university and instead use that money to work wage-free for him.
Sounds too good to be true.
What would you get at the end? A guaranteed paid position, a stake in future deals, a letter of recommendation?
Who knows?!
That is what makes this particular opportunity so appealing. You get the chance to eat through your savings and likely work 12 hour days for a year for nothing in return.
And wait… without $100k anymore, how would the sucker who takes this deal contribute to any *future* deals? Maybe your new pal would stake you in… but I wouldn’t count on it.
What a guy! I’m sure it’s not too late to sign up if you hurry.
